Born in Newark, NJ, Ms. Pugh graduated from Villanova University,
obtaining first her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and some years later,
her Master’s Degree in Nursing at the same institution. In
addition, she is a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator.
She came to the Philadelphia area in 1999, when her husband’s military
assignment from the Marine Corps brought him to Villanova University.
She was employed at Abington Memorial Hospital, subsequently joining
Abington Pulmonary & Critical Care Associates, Ltd., where she functions
as a triage nurse, research coordinator, and patient educator.
She enjoys sewing, baking, family gatherings with
the grandchildren, and traveling by motorcycle with her husband. |
